Support Beyond
Treatment
Recovery involves more than medical care. We connect individuals with community resources that support mental health, housing stability, employment, and overall well-being—helping build a stronger foundation for long-term recovery.
Lasting recovery requires support in many areas of life. Alongside medical care, we connect individuals with community resources that address mental health, daily stability, and personal well-being—helping build confidence and independence over time.
We recognize that recovery continues outside clinical settings. Because recovery extends beyond appointments.

If substance use is affecting your health, relationships, work, or daily life — or if you find it difficult to cut back on your own — speaking with a healthcare professional can help you understand your options. You do not need to be in crisis to reach out.
Opioid Addiction Treatment Opioid agonist treatment (OAT) is based on a patient-centred approach to care. The patient’s past medical history, medications, allergies and general history are crucial to the choice of OAT. Four potential pharmaceutical approaches exist for OAT: methadone, slow-release oral morphine (SROM/Kadian®), Suboxone® and Sublocade®. The most effective treatment is the one that relieves opioid cravings and withdrawal in the absence of significant side-effects or complications.Learn More
The first step is booking an appointment at one of our clinic locations. During your initial visit, our medical team conducts a confidential assessment of your health, substance use history, and personal circumstances. From there, we develop a treatment plan tailored to your needs. No referral is required.
Methadone is a long-acting opioid agonist taken as a daily supervised dose. It reduces cravings and prevents withdrawal, helping patients stabilize and focus on recovery. Dosing is adjusted by your physician, and take-home carries may become available as treatment progresses. Learn More
Suboxone® (buprenorphine/naloxone) is a partial opioid agonist taken as a sublingual film or tablet. It reduces cravings and withdrawal with a lower risk of sedation than full agonists. Many patients are eligible for take-home prescriptions once stabilized. Learn More
